Does anyone know who Mr. Bingo is?

WELL. I watch him on Twitter. I @ replied him and said I was doing A Level, I liked his illustrations, and I asked a question and said thanks.

He replied saying could I send him an email and he'd give me a longer than 140 character answer.

OH MY DEAR LORD.

So I did.

And he replied. (He asked me to not repeat the answer to my question, sorry!)
